Version of 4 November 2026

1. Subject

These terms govern use of the knowledge hub gentelbot.com (the "Hub"). By visiting the Hub or sending the contact form, you accept them.

2. Information only

The Hub explains the technology behind GentelBot and how it works, and answers questions about it. All content — text, graphics, worked examples and simulations — is general information. It is not investment advice, nor an offer or invitation to buy or sell financial instruments. GentelBot is not authorised or regulated by the FCA.

Enquiries may be passed to partner providers, who supply their own terms, regulatory details and risk warnings. Authorisation can be checked on the FCA Financial Services Register.

3. Assessments and forecasts

The assessments shown are based on statistical models and on historical and current data. They are statements of probability and may prove wrong, especially when unexpected events occur.

4. Who may use the Hub

The Hub is aimed at adults with full legal capacity. Information entered in the contact form must be truthful and relate to you.

5. Risks

Transactions on financial markets can lead to the partial or total loss of the capital invested. Historical figures and simulations are not a reliable indicator of future results.

6. Rights in content

The GentelBot name and logo and the design and content of the Hub are legally protected. Any use without prior written permission is not allowed.

7. Liability

Content is prepared with care, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or up to date. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for decisions based solely on content from the Hub. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

8. Privacy

Our privacy policy and cookie information apply.

9. Changes and law

The version published at the time of your visit applies. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence remain unaffected.
