1. About this policy
This policy explains which personal data the knowledge hub gentelbot.com (the "Hub") processes when you visit it or send an enquiry through the contact form. We process data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

For cookies, please see our cookie information.
3. Purposes
- answering your enquiry and calling you back;
- providing information about the platform and, where relevant, referring you to partner providers of financial services;
- pre-selecting your dialling code in the phone field;
- measuring the reach of the Hub and our campaigns;
- preventing misuse and fraud;
- complying with legal obligations.
4. Lawful bases
Article 6(1)(a) (consent), 6(1)(b) (steps prior to a contract), 6(1)(c) (legal obligation) and 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests in running a secure Hub). Storing or reading non-essential information on your device requires your consent under PECR.
5. Recipients
We never sell your data. It may be shared with partner providers who contact you at your request, service providers for hosting, contact management, geolocation and analytics, advertising providers such as Meta where measurement pixels are enabled, and public authorities where we are legally required to do so.
6. International transfers
Where recipients are located outside the UK or the EEA, data is only transferred with an adequate level of protection — for example under adequacy regulations or using the International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Retention and security
We generally keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last exchange, or until any statutory retention period ends. The Hub is only available over HTTPS, and access to data is restricted to authorised people.

You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time for the future. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or another competent supervisory authority.
